How many people do your rooms sleep?
The rooms comfortably
sleep 3 or 4 if 2 people share a bed.

How many beds per room?
The Alaskan Blue Room has
a queen size bed and bunk beds.
The Americana Room has a king
size bed, a day bed and a double futon bed.

Can you see the river from your rooms?
You have a partial view from
the Alaskan Blue Room and no view from the Americana Room.
We have trees between the
river and the house on the end of the house where the B&B rooms
are located.

We have 2 rooms.

Do the rooms share a bathroom?
No, both rooms have their
own full size bathrooms.

Do you have high speed internet?
As of yet no, but we are now
deciding on whether to connect or not.

Do you offer any meals?
Yes, we offer a continental
style breakfast of hot/cold cereals, pastries, fruit, toast, milk, coffee
juice.

you take deposits?
We require a 50% nonrefundable
deposit to hold the room(s).

& River Questions
Where are you on the Kenai River?
Our home sits at 21.5 miles
up river from the mouth of the Kenai River and straight across from
Centennial Park campgrounds.

Do you have access to the Kenai River?
Yes, we have a stairway to
a landing/dock right on the Kenai River right across from Centennial
Park. With certain charter companies you may even get picked up right
in front of the B&B.

Can we fish in front of the B&B?
Yes, but always be respectful
of the property lines of our neighbors.

Can river guides pick us up in front of your home?
Yes, if it is convenient for
the guide company.
Many guides either launch
or fish this part of the river.

Do you supply fishing gear?
No we do not.

Do you have freezer space?
Yes, but limited.

How close to the ocean are you?
We are located 30 minutes
due east.

How close to town are you?
We are within Soldotna City
limits. We are 5 minutes from everything in Soldotna and 15 minutes
from the city of Kenai.
